Our Philosophy

At Sushi KITSUNE, we bring the purity and artistry of traditional Japanese sushi to New York with a modern approach that is 100% gluten-free.

We believe that exceptional sushi nourishes not only the body, but also the mind and soul.

Opening in November 2026, Sushi KITSUNE is the sister restaurant of Uzuki, New York’s dedicated 100% gluten-free soba restaurant.

Our space is designed to be as distinctive as our cuisine. Since 2023, the owner and chef has been personally creating original ceramic pieces, each thoughtfully handcrafted with its own unique character. These works are an integral part of the Sushi KITSUNE experience, bringing together Japanese cuisine, craftsmanship, and artistry.

We warmly invite you to experience Sushi KITSUNE, and we also look forward to welcoming you at our sister restaurant, Uzuki.
